Mission

The Plan 4 Hope Foundation is a charitable non-profit organization created to provide supplemental financial support to families of terminal ill children diagnosed with leukemia. The Plan 4 Hope Foundation was incorporated in the state of Alabama and is a 501(C)3 non-profit founded by Mable Elouise Perry.

The Plan 4 Hope's mission is to reduce the financial, mental, emotional, and physical stress caused by the large financial burden placed on families with terminally ill children suffering with leukemia. Our Motto: Helping others is what we do!

Goals

The Plan 4 Hope Foundation will award financial help with a family’s medical bills, co-payments, and deductibles for their child who is terminally ill and diagnosed with leukemia. The Plan 4 Hope Foundation has set a financial goal to raise funds to assist two to five families initially. As our funds grow, so will the number and the amount of the grant that will be awarded.

Who, What, When, How, and Why

Our founder was diagnosed with Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia at the age of eleven. She had her Bone Marrow Transplant on February 17, 1998. Due to the many financial obstacles Ms. Perry's family faced during her illness, she decided to start the Plan 4 Hope Foundation to financially assist the families of terminally ill children diagnosed with Leukemia. We want to encourage the families that hope is still alive and our organization is here to help. Our organization is here to provide the hope a family needs to give them the strength and courage to continue to support their families financially.
